Who we are ?
- We are a group of normal active modellers who like modern technology and like to move their hobby forward beyond ordinary builder.
Why are we doing this?
- the current offer on the market has not been able to meet our desires and needs - the quality of many manufacturers is poor and many things we would like to use are simply missing from the market.
- we enjoy it
- we are incredibly flexible on our own constructions.
How do we do it?
- Especially "for yourself" - the prints must meet our demanding criteria - the results must be high quality
- We have a "group" of personal 3D printers
What printers do we have?
- SLA - photosensitive polymer printing, resolution 47x47x25 microns and more accurate "in progress"
- FDM - machine of own construction - string printing - The most frequently used PETG materials and for special applications it is possible to print with composite materials with carbon admixture. Typical manufacturing tolerances 0.2mm, layer 0.25mm
The benefits of this solution
- you must have tried a common cast set from a commercial manufacturer ... if you come across bubbles, cleaning membranes, massive risers, parts subject to casting technology ... this is not the case with us
- minimum technology extensions
- technologically can be built "in the air", so many details can be made more complex and better than conventional casting
- the print is always the same - the mold does not tear, the mold does not shrink ... stable production quality
